Ukraine Help Middlesex is a group of over 600 neighbours and friends in the London, Ontario region working together with Ukrainians in Poland to help families come to Canada. The group is a grassroots, community-based volunteer group trying to help in the face of the tragic impact of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

The group started in Middlesex County, Ontario and from smaller communities just outside London. Our group has grown to include members from Sarnia, St. Mary’s, Woodstock, Ilderton, Poplar Hill, Coldstream, Komoka, Kilworth, and many other communities in Southwestern Ontario.

We regularly connect with families and individuals both inside and outside of Ukraine, assisting them to process visa applications, and connecting them with host families in Canada.. We are working hard to provide resources and supports to help them arrive, settle in and thrive.

We are connected to, and coordinating with similar settlement groups in Oxford County and Ottawa.
